Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals and develop a personal clientele through effective use of selling skills, proactive client outreach, and systematic use of the client book
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by ensuring an authentic Kate Spade experience and understanding the brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle
  • Execute operational tasks as directed by company management, including accurate POS transaction processing and adherence to visual merchandising directives
  • Maintain store standards and visual presentations in line with company directives on a daily basis
  • Carry heightened responsibility as Keyholder, including store opening and closing procedures, alarm management, and cash handling
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge across all handbag, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor categories
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to support colleagues and contribute to a positive store environment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in luxury goods retail preferred
