Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and personalised client engagement.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across all categories to advise customers and elevate the Kate Spade experience.
- Build and grow a personal clientele using client outreach, appointment booking and effective use of the client book.
- Deliver exemplary customer service consistent with brand standards and foster long-term client relationships.
- Execute daily operational tasks including accurate POS transaction processing, cash handling, store opening and closing procedures.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives and store standards to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.
- Act as a store Keyholder: assume heightened responsibility for team supervision, loss-prevention, and escalations in the absence of management.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury goods preferred, with demonstrable clienteling results.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, prioritise and perform under busy retail conditions.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team and supporting peers and management when required.
- Comfort and integrity in cash handling, POS operation and following security/opening-closing procedures.

Previous retail experience is required; experience within luxury or premium retail and prior responsibility for opening/closing or supervisory duties is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer-service qualifications are advantageous.
