Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and personalised client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across all categories to advise customers and elevate the Kate Spade experience.
  • Build and grow a personal clientele using client outreach, appointment booking and effective use of the client book.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service consistent with brand standards and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including accurate POS transaction processing, cash handling, store opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives and store standards to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.
  • Act as a store Keyholder: assume heightened responsibility for team supervision, loss-prevention, and escalations in the absence of management.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in retail, luxury goods preferred, with demonstrable clienteling results.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task, prioritise and perform under busy retail conditions.
  • Comfort working collaboratively in a team and supporting peers and management when required.
  • Comfort and integrity in cash handling, POS operation and following security/opening-closing procedures.
