Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures, cash handling and reconciliation are executed accurately.
- Lead the sales floor in the store manager’s absence: drive daily sales targets, coach and motivate sales associates, and manage shift-level staffing and priorities.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling through personalised service, follow-up, and maintenance of client records to grow repeat business.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor inventory levels; execute store resets and receive merchandise according to brand guidelines.
- Support loss-prevention and operational compliance initiatives, including accurate point-of-sale transaction processing and adherence to company policies.
- Participate in stock counts, returns and transfers; escalate inventory discrepancies and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in fashion, accessories or luxury goods; prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent client service.
- Reliable availability including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Strong numeracy and proven cash-handling experience.
- Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead by example on the sales floor.

Typically requires 1–3 years of retail experience, with demonstrable success in customer service and retail sales; prior experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
