Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to create and sustain the Kate Spade brand experience.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele via proactive outreach and management of the client book.
- Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic and lifestyle to customers and reinforce brand equity on the sales floor.
- Execute daily operational duties including accurate POS transactions, cash reconciliation and adherence to company procedures.
- Apply and maintain visual merchandising and store standards in line with brand directives.
- Act as a keyholder: open and close the store, assume heightened responsibility for security, cash and store operations, and deputise for store management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
- Previous retail experience; experience in luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, prioritise and work effectively within a team.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems; previous keyholder or supervisory duties advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.

Experience
Several years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; prior achievement of sales targets and experience in a keyholder or supervisory capacity preferred.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs/A-levels or equivalent) preferred; retail or customer-service qualifications advantageous.
