Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Deliver exemplary customer service and create the ultimate Kate Spade brand experience for all clients
- Build and cultivate a personal clientele through effective selling techniques, proactive outreach, and strategic use of the client book
- Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers with clarity and authenticity
- Execute all operational tasks according to company directives and store standards
- Process POS transactions accurately and maintain compliance with payment protocols
- Adhere to visual merchandising directives and ensure daily execution of store presentation standards
- Assume keyholder responsibilities including store opening, closing, and security protocols
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team and support colleagues in achieving shared objectives
