Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service, embodying the Kate Spade aesthetic and brand philosophy to create the definitive in-store experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, client outreach and effective use of the client book.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across handbags, accessories, ready-to-wear and seasonal collections.
- Execute operational tasks including accurate processing of POS transactions, cash handling and adherence to company procedures.
- Apply and maintain visual merchandising directives and daily store standards to reinforce brand presentation.
- Fulfil keyholder duties: opening/closing the store, responsibility for store keys, safe procedures and supervising colleagues when required.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and strong interpersonal communication.
- Previous retail experience, preferably with luxury or premium fashion brands; prior keyholder or supervisory experience desirable.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise under pressure and work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments and who have demonstrable sales performance; supervisory or keyholder experience is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); vocational retail qualifications or retail management training desirable.

The successful candidate will be located in Braintree, Essex, UK, with easy access to London.
