Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations at the outlet store to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail sales is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
