Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized clienteling and exceptional sales support consistent with Kate Spade brand standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS), process transactions, exchanges and returns with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to floor-set guidelines; execute seasonal floor moves and window displays as directed.
- Replenish stock, manage back-of-house organization and assist with inventory counts and receiving.
- Support store operations during peak periods and special events, including pop-ups and promotions.
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures and maintain a safe, welcoming retail environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with a polished, professional manner.
- Previous retail or boutique experience; experience with premium or luxury brands preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong numeracy for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Right to work in the job country and ability to pass any required background or reference checks.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or boutique sales experience is preferred, particularly within premium or lifestyle brands; experience handling transactions and visual merchandising responsibilities is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related vocational training is a plus.
