Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate performance management and improvement systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.

Experience
