Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, attentive client service to cultivate conversions and repeat business in a luxury retail setting
- Operate the point-of-sale terminal, process transactions accurately and perform cash-handling duties
- Support merchandising standards: maintain visual displays, replenish stock and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines
- Execute inventory activities including receiving, tagging, cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols
- Assist with clienteling tasks such as maintaining customer records, following up on requests and supporting special-order processes
- Work flexible hours during the temporary assignment, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with the ability to represent a luxury lifestyle brand
- Availability for the full temporary assignment and flexibility to work retail peak hours, weekends and holidays
- Reliable numeracy and experience handling cash and electronic payments with accuracy
- Professional appearance and presentation aligned with brand standards
- Valid authorization to work in the country of employment
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands; seasonal or temporary retail experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail sales certification is a plus.
