Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client-focused shopping experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and service standards.
  • Engage proactively with customers to drive sales, meet transactional objectives and build lasting client relationships.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system and handle cash, card and returns in accordance with policy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation is immaculate and support floor replenishment.
  • Receive, sort and assist with inventory tasks, including stockroom organization and cycle counts as directed.
  • Support fitting-room operations and client styling, and escalate product or client issues to management as appropriate.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing routines and any temporary campaign or event requirements.

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills with a polished, client-oriented demeanour.
  • Ability to operate retail point-of-sale systems and perform basic cash-handling procedures reliably.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (if hired for the New York location).

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with seasonal or event retail experience will be prioritized.
