Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, develop and performance-manage sales associates through regular feedback and training.
- Ensure compelling visual merchandising and adherence to brand presentation standards.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.

- Deliver exceptional client service and resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
- Prepare and submit sales, payroll and operational reports as required by district management.
Qualifications
