Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, develop and performance-manage sales associates through regular feedback and training.
  • Ensure compelling visual merchandising and adherence to brand presentation standards.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Create staff schedules to meet business needs while controlling labour costs.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Prepare and submit sales, payroll and operational reports as required by district management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in fashion or accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and coaching teams to improve performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
