The Stylist at Kate Spade advises customers on product selection and personal style, creates complete looks and supports sales through customer connections and storytelling. The role also includes stockroom organization and POS transactions, with a flexible part-time schedule that may include nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays; it is temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
- Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons and create complete looks.
- Show customers creative ways to wear products and encourage them to explore new styles.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return.
- Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.

Qualifications
- Professional selling skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate in a team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, depending on the market.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
