Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory on the sales floor and stockroom, including replenishment, pricing and receiving.
  • Support loss-prevention and operational procedures to protect assets and ensure a safe retail environment.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to execute promotional events, launches and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within fashion or luxury segments (typically 1–3 years).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presentation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.
