Stylist – Kate Spade at Toronto Premium Outlets (Halton Hills, ON). Part-time temporary role, $17.60–$22.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their styling needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to customer requirements
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and strategic storytelling about brand attributes
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Work flexible schedules to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated sales success and customer engagement capabilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
