Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Leader in achieving and exceeding sales targets through daily coaching, floor presence and performance management.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and ensure a consistent, signature Kate Spade customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-the-job training, product knowledge sessions and formal feedback.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, returns and shrinkage prevention.
  • Enforce loss-prevention, safety and operational compliance in line with company policies.
  • Assist with scheduling, labour management and short‑term rostering to align staffing to business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Handle customer escalations and complex service issues with diplomacy, escalating to the Store Leader as required.
  • Contribute to local marketing and promotional execution, in-store visual displays and event readiness.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, coach to targets and drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to visual merchandising and operational detail.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
