Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Leader in driving sales and achieving store KPIs through coaching, sales floor leadership and daily execution.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional clienteling, personalised service and repeat business.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and presentation to maintain brand standards and implement new collections and promotional windows.
  • Manage operational duties including cash handling, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coach on product knowledge, selling techniques and client relationship management; conduct regular performance feedback and training.
  • Work the sales floor during peak periods and ensure smooth shift handovers, staffing rosters and adherence to labour plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and develop retail sales teams with a coaching-first approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for luxury client service and relationship building.

  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to travel between stores as required.

Experience
