Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver an elevated client experience through proactive clienteling, personalised service and conflict resolution.
  • Coach, develop and schedule store staff; conduct regular performance feedback and training sessions.
  • Own visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Manage operational tasks including cash handling, POS reconciliation, inventory control and receiving.
  • Implement loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with corporate policies and opening/closing protocols.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports; escalate issues to district management as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in a retail environment with direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and coaching teams to improve performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client service and relationship building.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Strong attention to detail in merchandising, cash handling and store operations.

Experience
