Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to drive conversion and lifetime value; build and sustain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

- Support stock management activities including receiving, pricing, stock counts and replenishment; escalate discrepancies and follow loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in events, trunk shows and local marketing initiatives; collaborate with the store team on promotional rollouts and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales performance, preferably within premium or accessible-luxury fashion or accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling and basic merchandising tasks; strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation consistent with a luxury brand image.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, ideally within a fashion or accessories brand; demonstrable sales achievements and familiarity with luxury customer expectations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or business preferred.
