Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to achieve store sales targets and enhance client loyalty.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and handle cash and card payments.
- Support merchandise presentation and visual standards, including window dressing and on-floor styling to reflect brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and stock inventory; assist with inventory counts and replenishment to maintain product availability.
- Support clienteling activities by capturing contact details, following up on client requests and maintaining client records.
- Maintain store housekeeping and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe, secure retail environment.
- Adapt quickly to promotional activity, new product launches and changing store priorities during the temporary assignment.
Qualifications
- Professional, polished appearance and strong customer-facing presence appropriate for a premium fashion brand.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays for the duration of the temporary assignment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full temporary period.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior retail or luxury sales experience preferred. Candidates with seasonal or temporary experience in fashion retail are strongly considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
