Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to achieve store sales targets and enhance client loyalty.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately, and handle cash and card payments.
  • Support merchandise presentation and visual standards, including window dressing and on-floor styling to reflect brand guidelines.
  • Receive, unpack and stock inventory; assist with inventory counts and replenishment to maintain product availability.
  • Support clienteling activities by capturing contact details, following up on client requests and maintaining client records.
  • Maintain store housekeeping and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe, secure retail environment.
  • Adapt quickly to promotional activity, new product launches and changing store priorities during the temporary assignment.

Qualifications

  • Professional, polished appearance and strong customer-facing presence appropriate for a premium fashion brand.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays for the duration of the temporary assignment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full temporary period.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.

Experience
