Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver distinctive, high-touch customer service to cultivate sales and long-term client relationships in line with brand standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and gift receipts, and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to prescribed merchandising directives, ensuring fixtures and product remain guest-ready.
- Support inventory management: receive, tag and restock merchandise; conduct cycle counts and assist with loss-prevention practices.
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures, daily housekeeping tasks and back-of-house organization.
- Staff special events, promotional activities and pop-up activations as required, providing seamless in-store experiences.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (or applicable hiring country) for the duration of the temporary assignment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; able to commit to a defined temporary assignment.
- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred, ideally within luxury or premium brands.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (or local equivalent) for merchandise handling.

Typically 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience; prior experience in luxury, premium or boutique retail environments is advantageous. Seasonal or temporary retail experience is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
