Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver distinctive, high-touch customer service to cultivate sales and long-term client relationships in line with brand standards.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and gift receipts, and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to prescribed merchandising directives, ensuring fixtures and product remain guest-ready.
  • Support inventory management: receive, tag and restock merchandise; conduct cycle counts and assist with loss-prevention practices.
  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures, daily housekeeping tasks and back-of-house organization.
  • Staff special events, promotional activities and pop-up activations as required, providing seamless in-store experiences.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (or applicable hiring country) for the duration of the temporary assignment.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; able to commit to a defined temporary assignment.
  • Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred, ideally within luxury or premium brands.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (or local equivalent) for merchandise handling.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
