Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch client service and support sales advisors to achieve individual and store revenue targets through personalised clienteling and in-store conversion tactics.
- Process retail transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; perform cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation following company procedures.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment (in-store pickup, ship-from-store, returns) and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, product launches and promotional displays to maximise sell-through.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, KPIs and client records; escalate trends and stock issues to store management.
- Assist with onboarding and informal coaching of junior sales staff; act as a point of contact for operational enquiries during shifts.
- Uphold loss-prevention, operational and brand presentation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion brand.
- Demonstrable client service and clienteling skills with an ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling, POS transactions and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain presentation standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
