Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch client service and support sales advisors to achieve individual and store revenue targets through personalised clienteling and in-store conversion tactics.
  • Process retail transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; perform cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation following company procedures.
  • Support omnichannel fulfilment (in-store pickup, ship-from-store, returns) and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, product launches and promotional displays to maximise sell-through.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, KPIs and client records; escalate trends and stock issues to store management.
  • Assist with onboarding and informal coaching of junior sales staff; act as a point of contact for operational enquiries during shifts.
  • Uphold loss-prevention, operational and brand presentation standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable client service and clienteling skills with an ability to build long‑term relationships.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling, POS transactions and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ability to execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain presentation standards.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
