Kate Spade New York in Woodstock, GA seeks a part-time Retail Stylist to deliver styling, sales and omnichannel service at The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating confident product knowledge across categories.
  • Listen actively and ask targeted questions to assess customer needs and personal style.
  • Provide styling advice and assemble complete looks, suggesting add-ons to increase basket size.
  • Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers and drive discovery.
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless POS checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational standards including stockroom organization, merchandising and inventory handling.
  • Deliver sales through storytelling and personalized clienteling; reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with the team to meet store targets.
  • Safely handle merchandise and stock, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and performing routine floor/stockroom duties.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work cooperatively within a team.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
  • Fluent in English (local language proficiency required per market).
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
