Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service to drive sales and cultivate short-term client relationships.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, and perform accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain displays, replenish stock, and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with fitting room management, returns and exchanges, and resolve basic client inquiries professionally.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, daily floor operations, and periodic inventory counts.
  • Support promotional events, seasonal launches and store-level marketing initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within apparel, accessories or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; able to work varied shift patterns during seasonal peaks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
