Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and in line with company policy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards to reflect brand presentation guidelines and seasonal directives.
