Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exemplary luxury retail experience through proactive clienteling, personalised service and impeccable presentation to drive store KPIs and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by upselling, cross-selling and converting high-value clients; manage VIP appointments and private shopping experiences.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff on selling techniques, product knowledge and brand standards to elevate overall team performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand floor standards, execute product resets and ensure inventory is replenished and accurately presented.
  • Operate POS and complete cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and basic sales reporting; support loss-prevention procedures and store opening/closing duties.
  • Collaborate with store management on events, local marketing initiatives and CRM-driven campaigns to maximise client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and a polished, client-focused demeanour.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to work retail shift patterns.
  • Right to work in the United States (or local jurisdiction of the store).

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or business is preferred.
