Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or studies in fashion/retail desirable.
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior experience with a fashion or luxury brand preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven customer-service orientation.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday peaks.
- Right to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment; experience with clienteling and meeting individual sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or hospitality education is an asset.
