Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and retail KPIs through proactive floor management and sales coaching.
- Lead, coach and develop store staff to deliver exceptional clienteling and a consistent luxury brand experience.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, POS reconciliation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute seasonal floor moves to reflect brand directives and local sales drivers.
- Manage inventory control processes: receiving, stock allocation, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention measures.
- Create optimal staff schedules, coordinate training, and assist with recruitment and performance reviews.
- Analyse sales data and customer insights to recommend action plans, promotions and local events that drive traffic and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with demonstrable sales leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate KPIs into coaching and operational priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at building long-term client relationships.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- High level of integrity and familiarity with cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressively responsible retail experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity within luxury, contemporary fashion, or accessories retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
