Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service to achieve store sales goals and build lasting client relationships through personalised attention and clienteling techniques.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including replenishment and floor moves during shift.
- Support receiving, unpacking and inventory processes; assist with stockroom organisation and periodic inventory counts.
- Assist with store events, promotions and seasonal rollouts; act as an ambassador of brand culture and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods; comfortable handling transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Professional communication skills and a polished, customer-facing demeanour.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if employed in the U.S.).

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Seasonal or temporary retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or certificates in visual merchandising/sales are a plus.
