Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and upselling complementary items.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handle transactions, returns and ensure cash management procedures are followed.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: execute floor moves, replenish stock, ensure displays reflect seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Support inventory control: receive and process deliveries, conduct stock counts and maintain organised stockroom procedures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting store operations, team goals, and ad-hoc tasks such as events and private shopping appointments.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results.
