Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and upselling complementary items.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handle transactions, returns and ensure cash management procedures are followed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: execute floor moves, replenish stock, ensure displays reflect seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control: receive and process deliveries, conduct stock counts and maintain organised stockroom procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting store operations, team goals, and ad-hoc tasks such as events and private shopping appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Comfort with POS transactions, cash handling and basic inventory processes.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in fashion or luxury retail and who can demonstrate consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
