Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a warm, confident welcome; actively listen and ask targeted questions to understand needs and lifestyle.
- Provide personalised styling advice, create complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through storytelling and deep product knowledge across categories; meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Execute seamless point‑of‑sale transactions and ensure operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Adopt omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques; maintain social media awareness to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, assist with inventory handling and participate in merchandising initiatives.
