Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service through personalised client interaction and product knowledge

- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring fixtures, displays and inventory reflect brand guidelines
- Assist with inventory tasks: receiving, tagging, replenishment and stockroom organisation
- Support store operations during peak periods and promotional events, collaborating with store leadership to meet sales targets
- Uphold loss-prevention procedures and maintain a professional, brand-aligned presentation at all times
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide attentive, client-focused retail service
- Reliable availability for a temporary assignment with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Strong numeracy and basic cash-handling competence
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (typical retail requirements)
- Positive demeanour, polished communication and a customer-first attitude
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; prior experience in fashion, accessories or luxury retail is an advantage but not mandatory for consideration.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
