Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, high-touch client service that reflects Kate Spade’s brand tone and drives repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and conversion of foot traffic.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the store point-of-sale system and perform cash handling with integrity.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and windows, implementing direction from the visual team.
- Receive, unpack and replenish inventory; support stockroom organization and assist with cycle counts and stock audits.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including loss-prevention measures and daily sales reporting.
- Communicate product knowledge and styling advice to clients and follow up on client requests and special orders.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the hiring country and availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused demeanor consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven setting.
- Prior retail experience—preferably in fashion, accessories or premium/luxury brands—is strongly preferred.

Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred; 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within fashion or premium brands. Seasonal or temporary retail experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training is a plus.
