Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build lasting relationships with high-value and repeat clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns, including window dressing and on-floor displays.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage cash handling and process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and compliantly.
  • Support inventory control: receive, replenish and cycle-count stock; escalate shrink or operational issues following store procedures.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff, model customer-facing behaviours and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
  • Assist in-store leadership with events, private appointments and shop-floor initiatives aimed at driving traffic and sales conversion.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention protocols, brand compliance and merchandising directives while maintaining an immaculate store environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and manage client relationships and a CRM/clienteling approach to driving repeat business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, brand-appropriate presentation.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if based in the U.S.) and ability to travel locally for events or trainings when required.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of retail sales experience with at least some background in luxury, contemporary fashion or premium accessories; prior experience in a high-traffic store and exposure to clienteling/CRM practices. Supervisory or mentoring experience is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in fashion, retail management or business preferred.
