Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised luxury service to clients, building rapport and cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets while executing a consultative selling approach tailored to high-value clientele.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately, manage cash handling and ensure adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards in accordance with brand directives, ensuring the salesfloor and displays are impeccably presented.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, and conducting regular cycle counts in collaboration with store leadership.
- Support appointment-based selling, private client events and omnichannel fulfilment (click & collect, ship-from-store) as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (if located in New York).
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills befitting a luxury retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail sales experience, with prior exposure to premium or luxury fashion brands strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised service is an asset.
Education
