Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that suit individual lifestyles
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new possibilities
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, elevated checkout experience
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Proficiency in English or local market language
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom spaces
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule accommodating business needs, public holidays, and peak shopping periods

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
