Kate Spade seeks a Full-time Sales Associate (Stylist) in Bicester, UK to deliver styling-led client experiences at KS Bicester Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confidence, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and brand DNA.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand customers’ aesthetic and lifestyle needs and translate those into tailored styling recommendations.
- Assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket depth while showcasing multiple ways to wear products.
- Deliver a seamless transactional experience, including accurate POS operation and efficient checkout.
- Maintain operational standards: keep the sales floor and stockroom organised, assist with merchandising and inventory tasks.
- Drive sales through storytelling and sustained customer relationships; invite repeat visits and opportunities for clienteling.
- Share and receive constructive feedback with peers to support continuous improvement and team performance.
- Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives, participating in social and digital selling as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or premium/luxury retail preferred.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a high-traffic, team-oriented setting.
- Awareness of social media platforms and willingness to learn and apply omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Fluent in English (local language proficiency applies per market) and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; experience in fashion or premium retail and a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering styled client experiences is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal studies in fashion/retail is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Bicester, England, UK, with easy access to Oxford.
