Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Execute brand-led visual merchandising and floor presentation standards to drive product storytelling and maintain boutique aesthetics.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and returns, and perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, model brand behaviours and assist in daily operational tasks such as opening/closing and store upkeep.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build sustained client relationships in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Strong sales orientation with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, polished presentation and a confident, service-first demeanour.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, cash handling procedures and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
