Role & Responsibilities

- Drive sales through consultative selling, client engagement and proactive conversion of foot traffic.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and product presentation to maintain brand floor sets and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with stockroom tasks including replenishment, receiving deliveries and inventory counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, security and store operational policies while maintaining a neat and organized sales floor.
Qualifications
- Available for a temporary assignment with flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high standards of client care.
- Reliable, punctual and able to perform standing, walking and light lifting for extended periods.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior experience in premium or lifestyle brands is an advantage but not mandatory for strong candidates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
