Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, high-touch customer service that reflects Kate Spade’s brand identity and clienteling standards.
- Drive sales through proactive engagement, product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle cash according to store procedures.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards, including replenishment, folding, and window displays.
- Support inventory activities: receiving, tagging, stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Assist with fitting rooms, returns and client follow-up; escalate service issues to management as required.
- Contribute to store opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention measures and upkeep of a professional sales floor during peak periods and events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
