Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with district management on promotions, product launches and local marketing initiatives.

- Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate a retail team.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills tailored to a premium customer base.
- Strong numerical literacy and proven experience achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Organisational proficiency, including shift rostering, stock control and basic administrative tasks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods; legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; prior experience within premium or luxury fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
