Role & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain client records through clienteling practices and basic CRM input to support follow-up and relationship cultivation.
- Support inventory control procedures including receiving, tagging, stock counts and loss-prevention best practices.
- Contribute to store operations: opening/closing duties, maintaining boutique presentation and assisting with stockroom organisation.
- Participate in product training, brand initiatives and store meetings to remain current on collections and promotional activity.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation with polished verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail environment; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for handling transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Demonstrable attention to detail in visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Able to work as part of a collaborative team while also taking individual ownership of sales goals.

Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, contemporary fashion or lifestyle brands; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion-related qualification preferred but not required.
