Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to drive sales and foster long-term relationships, employing clienteling techniques and personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and conversion of foot traffic to purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle cash and payments, process returns and maintain transactional integrity.
