Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to drive sales and foster long-term relationships, employing clienteling techniques and personalized product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and conversion of foot traffic to purchases.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle cash and payments, process returns and maintain transactional integrity.
  • Maintain brand presentation standards, including visual merchandising, stock presentation, store housekeeping and window displays.
  • Support inventory processes including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Contribute to store operations such as opening/closing procedures, loss prevention protocols and maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Actively participate in product training, seasonal rollouts and local marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with polished client-facing presence appropriate for a luxury brand.
  • Reliable numeracy and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS systems and transactional procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the hiring country and the capacity to perform physical tasks associated with boutique retail (standing, lifting).

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories, or premium lifestyle brands. Demonstrable sales performance and experience in client relationship cultivation are preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in retail, fashion, business or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
