- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Strong visual awareness and attention to detail to implement merchandising standards.
- Reliable availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Professional appearance and discretion when handling client information and transactions.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury, designer or premium boutique environment, with demonstrable success meeting individual sales targets and participating in clienteling programmes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, fashion or business is advantageous but not required.
