Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalised selling, active listening and relationship-building to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; process transactions, returns and gift receipts while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects brand standards, including window displays, floor sets and product presentation.
- Receive, unpack and process stock; complete inventory counts, replenish merchandise on the sales floor and maintain stockroom organisation.
- Assist fitting rooms and provide styling advice; manage client appointments and follow up on client inquiries as directed.
- Contribute to loss-prevention practices by maintaining awareness of store security protocols and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in store-level promotions, events and seasonal sales; adapt to changing priorities during peak trading periods.
- Maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness, including signage, price tags and merchandise tagging.
